2. Location Information

The Lord Cafe uses location functionality for delivery-related services. Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, location information may be used to assist with delivery, identify or confirm the delivery location, support order tracking, display the delivery rider's location while an order is being delivered, and improve delivery accuracy.

Your delivery address and relevant delivery information may be provided to the assigned delivery rider for completing your order. You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location permissions may affect some delivery or tracking features.

4. Order and Payment Information

The Lord Cafe currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD). We may retain information relating to orders, including items ordered, order value, delivery details, order status and payment method. Where third-party payment services are used, payment information may be processed by the relevant provider according to its terms and privacy policy. We do not intend to store complete payment-card credentials on our own servers.

5. Delivery Rider Information

For an active delivery, information necessary to complete the delivery may be shared with the assigned delivery rider, including customer name, phone number, delivery address and relevant delivery instructions. Rider-location information may be displayed to you during delivery and must only be used for legitimate order-tracking purposes.

6. Notifications and Communications

We may send order confirmations, preparation updates, delivery status, completion notices, account activity notices and important service announcements. Promotional messages may also be sent where permitted. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate The Lord Cafe, including with delivery personnel, technology and infrastructure providers, authentication/database providers, notification providers, security providers, and government authorities or other parties where required by law.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and order records, provide support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to legal requirements.

10. Account and Data Deletion

The Lord Cafe provides account/data deletion functionality through the application's Settings area. You may also contact us to request deletion. Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

11. Children's Privacy

The Lord Cafe is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Your Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account or personal information, management of device permissions, and opt-out of promotional communications.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through The Lord Cafe or the applicable online policy page with an updated date.
