1. Our Service

The Lord Cafe provides food ordering and home-delivery services. Orders are subject to food availability, delivery coverage, operating capacity and other circumstances affecting fulfilment.

2. Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account information current, maintaining credential security and activity carried out through your account. You must not use another person's account without permission. We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, misuse or unlawful activity.

3. Placing an Order

Before confirming an order, check the items, quantity, applicable charges, delivery address, contact information and total amount. An order becomes confirmed when The Lord Cafe accepts it. We may cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, delivery is unavailable, fulfilment is not possible, there is a technical/pricing error, fraud or misuse is suspected, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

4. Prices and Charges

The price and applicable charges displayed at checkout apply to your order. Delivery charges and/or platform fees may apply and will be displayed before confirmation. Menu prices, charges, promotions and availability may change from time to time.

5. Cash on Delivery

The Lord Cafe currently supports Cash on Delivery. You must pay the confirmed order amount to the delivery rider when your order is delivered. Customers should keep the required amount available. Failure to make payment may result in delivery being cancelled or the order being returned.

6. Delivery

The Lord Cafe aims to deliver orders within a reasonable time. Any delivery time displayed is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery time. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, preparation time, order volume, rider availability, incorrect address information, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and reachable phone number.

7. Delivery Tracking

The Lord Cafe may provide live order tracking. During an active delivery, the application may display the delivery rider's location so you can monitor your order. Rider-location information must only be used for legitimate order-tracking purposes.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Food orders are prepared specifically for customers. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has started, cancellation may not be available. Refunds, replacements and remedies are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is incorrect, missing an item or materially damaged, report the issue as soon as possible and preferably within 30 minutes of delivery. We may request photographs, order information or other reasonable evidence. Depending on the circumstances, The Lord Cafe may provide replacement, correction, credit or refund where applicable.

10. User Responsibilities

• Do not use The Lord Cafe for unlawful purposes.
• Do not submit fraudulent orders.
• Do not provide intentionally false delivery information.
• Do not abuse coupons or promotional offers.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to the application.
• Do not interfere with application security or operation.
• Do not harass or threaten delivery personnel or staff.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the application except where permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Lord Cafe application, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, software and other content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. You may use the application only for its intended lawful purpose.

12. Application Availability

We aim to maintain availability and functionality but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network issues, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Lord Cafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy

Your use of The Lord Cafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available through The Lord Cafe or the applicable online policy page.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
